PAYMENT PLANS
People are our priority at Palmer Orthodontics, and as such we have established interest-free payment plans to make your treatment affordable and your payments manageable. Typically, a down payment is required at the beginning of treatment, followed by monthly payments over the course of your treatment. Additionally, individuals requesting to pay for their treatment in full at the beginning of treatment will receive a 4% reduction in their fee.
Fees for treatment are determined by complexity and length of treatment.
As there is a wide range of orthodontic concerns and treatment options, it is always necessary to first examine a patient and perform diagnostic testing prior to finalizing treatment plans and fees.

Orthodontics fees are qualified medical expenses, recognized by Revenue Canada and may be claimed for income tax purposes.
Please consult with your tax adviser to verify you personal eligibility.
INSURANCE
Insurance coverage for orthodontics is as diverse as your individual treatment. Confirmation of your orthodontic insurance should be done prior to your visit to our office and can be obtained through your employer or your insurance provider. This may include information such as maximum benefit, percentage of reimbursement, age restrictions for coverage (i.e. adult coverage), etc.
Once you have provided us with your insurance detail, our administrative staff will gladly prepare the appropriate insurance forms you will require to receive reimbursement from your insurance company.
