Office Standards

BE all that you can be…and then some

Dr. Palmer has qualified himself with the necessary education and training to be certified as a “Specialist of Orthodontics”.
To be qualified, he has, in addition to his degree in dentistry, completed 3 years of specialty training. He is proactive in his standard of education by attending additional courses and training through the year.
Dr. Palmers’ staff have qualified themselves by completing all of the necessary courses and training available to be licensed and certified to assist in the practice of orthodontics. They too continually attend courses and training to keep themselves current with advancements and techniques.

Being safe is a priority to which we give the highest attention.
We do so by practicing the most current sterilization and infection prevention protocols as outlined by the Alberta Government and Alberta Dental Association and College. At your request, an Infection Prevention Protocol Manual is available to view.
To encourage safety and help minimize the spread of infectious disease, we provide hand sanitizer as you enter our office, and also ask that anyone with flu like symptoms reschedule their appointments.

Your time is just as valuable as the queen’s. One thing we can’t change is the time in a day. At Palmer Orthodontics, we stay on time so that you can be on time and make the most of your day.

Dr. Palmer is appreciative of the commitment of time and resources that people invest in improving their smiles or their childrens’ smiles. As one who respects this commitment, the staff at Palmer Orthodontics strives to take the necessary time and to provide the necessary information in order to help you through the process of getting the smile you deserve. Please feel free to approach any one of us with questions regarding your treatment.
